PRICES AND CHARGES?

All prices listed online for GROOMING SERVICES are starting prices. Actual prices will vary based on condition of pet, size, breed, aggression/cooperation, time, and any thing else that your groomer feels appropriate to charge extra for. All prices are at the discretion of your groomer and Best In Show as a company. For a better idea of what your specific fuzzy friend will cost please do not hesitate to contact us and we'd be happy to discuss any questions you have and give you a much better idea of what you will be charged for your groom.

MATTED PET AND ASSOCIATED FEES?

Matting is defined as "become tangled” or “tangle (something, especially hair) in a thick mass.”

Matted pets will be charged a minimum fee of $10 on top of their standard groom price. Fee may change depending on severity of matting/behavior of pet. More details about de-matting can be found under our Grooming page. 

SPECIAL HANDLING REQUIRED FOR MY PET?

Not a problem! An extra fee may be charged from $5 - $30 dollars for pets who require a lot more care during grooming. This may be applied to pets with health issues, special needs, or who have temperaments/conditions that require extra time and attention from the groomer. 

MISSED MY APPOINTMENT/LATE CANCELLATION?

. While we are happy to work with our clients and completely understand uncontrollable situations may arise, we ask to please let us know if you intend not to make it for your appointment as soon as possible! Under most circumstances, we require a 48 hour notice of needing to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment. We require this due to our waiting list of clients who would like an appointment, and can usually fill your appointment slot if given enough time! Late cancellations or no call/no shows may be charged a missed appointment fee of minimum $50, up to the full estimated price of the scheduled appointment, to be added on to your next service that is scheduled or charged to your card if we have one on file.

HOW DO I GET MY PET ON A RECURRING GROOMING SCHEDULE?

We’re so glad you’re interested in this option! We love having clients pre-book their appointments, as it guarantees your pet doesn’t go too long without getting groomed, or causing you to have to wait a long time for an appointment. Just ask your groomer, call, or text us with how long in between appointments you’d like to go and we will get you on the schedule!

Recurring mobile grooming appointments will be booked at the desired interval and will be pre-booked for the whole year to reserve your spot due to our limited availability with this option. You will be given the option to see the whole year’s worth of appointments, and if any need to be adjusted/rescheduled that’s not a problem and we can adjust those appointments as needed by request!

Please keep in mind because our mobile units are so busy, we will only pre-book appointments being scheduled every 8 weeks or less. If you would like to go longer than 8 weeks between appointments on a regular basis, we ask that you please call for your appointments.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash and check for all services! Whatever is the easiest for you!

OOPS, I BOUNCED A CHECK. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

Accidents happen! We will call to get a card number to pay for the service, plus the $35 returned check fee from the bank.

CAN I GET A DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE PETS?

We currently do not offer any multi-pet discounts for grooming services or daycare.
